INCLUDED IN THE TOUR PRICE:
Passport
fees; insurance; excess baggage charges and porterage of excess baggage.
$5.00 per bag per day will be charged for excess baggage provided there
is room on the coach.
Passengers are allowed 1 small carryon bag which must fit inside the coach
overhead compartment.
Porterage is not covered for carryon luggage.
Lunches; dinners not specified in the itinerary; beverages not supplied
with meals; personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, etc. optional
tips to the driver and guide.
If your trip is delayed by airline changes or cancellations, or if your
tip is delayed for any other reason and extra expenses are incurred to
catch up with the group, these expenses are not included.
TERMS
AND CONDITIONS:
Caledonian Travel acts as agent only in making and securing all arrangements
for transportation, sightseeing & hotel accommodations. By accepting this
tour and utilizing the service you agree that neither Caledonian Travel
nor any affiliate or representative shall be liable for any loss, injury
or damage to you or your belongings or otherwise in connection with any
accommodation, any occurrence beyond its control including breakdown in
equipment, strikes, theft, delay or cancellation or changes in itinerary
or schedules, etc. Travel documents, as well as compliance with customs
regulations are your responsibility. No employee of Caledonian Travel
or representative can change the terms under which you agree to take this
tour. Caledonian Travel reserves the right to make changes in the itinerary
and to change the hotels if unforseen situations make either of these
necessary. RESERVATIONS Due to the time restrictions, payment must be
made in full by check to Caledonian Travel, no later than March 30th.
This tour is based on a group of 25 passengers. If the total number falls
below 25, this will affect the price of the tour. Price is based on current
exchange levels which are subject to change. Price is based on current
airfare which is subject to change due to possible changes in taxes..
If the tour does not materialize for lack of numbers your deposit will
be refunded in full. This will be determined before April 9th when full
payment is due to the airlines, hotels and coach company. CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellations must be made in writing before March 30th. If cancellations
are received before this date, your payment will be refunded less $150.00..
After March 30th the payment becomes nonrefundable. We highly recommend
travel insurance to cover the possibility that cancellation becomes necessary
due to illness or death in the family. Information on Insurance can be
obtained from Caledonian Travel Inc.
